These weekly classes are for those interested in discovering and experimenting with ways to interact with the zone - a place where connection and authentic expression flourishes.

 

We will explore different modalities: creative writing, visual art making, sound and movement, meditation and basic skills in shamanic awareness.

My Background :  Trained in drawing, painting and sculpture in a studio atelier, private schools and universities and later in dance and theatre. I wrote and directed experimental theatre projects and facilitated groups in meditation and inquiry in the Western U.S.  I spent two years in spiritual centres in the U.S. and a year in India diving into the source of creativity. Since moving to Australia in 1999 I co created a group using sound and movement and 4 years of training in TaKeTiNa ( a modality based on archetypal sound, movement and rhythm). Five years of shamanic training. I have a deep love for nature - growing up on a family farm and later living and working in remote areas of the U.S.
